Driving Directions:

Take I-40 East toward Asheville
Exit 440
Turn right off exit and go for 2.5 miles
Turn right on Greasy Cove Road
First driveway on the left and turn at the Everheart Mountain Properties sign

We are 30 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and the property is located beside the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The Pigeon River runs along side the drive and is host to the best river rafting and fishing around. Come join us for a great family vacation.
